Located by the Yanshuei River, this recreational lakeside park, which has an original mangrove ecosystem, includes an aquatic ecosystem, a restored historical waterway and a harbor area.To provide the public with diversified recreation environments, a bike path is designated behind the dike on the left bank of the downstream river; and a bird-watching platform and open lawn is set in the Lyudai Waterbird Park area for visitors to view the wild bird habitat among the mangroves.
The originally deserted south bank of the river and dikes are now set as a buffer zone between natural ecological systems and human activities. Visitors are invited to experience the park without disturbing the local wildlife.
