The Jinwanan Wang Chuan Ship (“the Prince’s ship”) Display Room was originally built on the right side of Miaoshou Temple in 1867. It was later was torn down due to road construction. Now the wang chuan ship is enshrined on the second floor of the building across the street.
According to Anping customs, wang chuan ships are worshipped and not burnt nor released into the rivers. The Jinwanan ship is not only extremely big, but also showcases elaborate carvings and engravings. This is currently the largest wang chuan ship among all the ships worshipped in Anping temples.
