Environmental Protection Bureau of Tainan City Government successfully attracted investment for the "Tainan City Chengxi New Incinerator BOT", and a signing ceremony was held on February 3, 2023.
The signing ceremony was witnessed by deputy mayor Zhao Qinghui, and Xu Renze, Director of the Environmental Protection Bureau, and Zhou Liming, Chairman of Chengxi Energy Co., Ltd. signed the contract on behalf of the two parties. After operation, the new incinerator not only disposes of garbage, but is also a high-efficiency power plant.
Deputy mayor Zhao Qinghui affirmed that the Environmental Protection Bureau will be not afraid of any challenge and complete the BOT case.
