  1. Filing an appeal: One can file an administrative appeal to the Tainan City Government against an administrative action made by "any agency of any level under the City government."
  2. Defining "Administrative Action": Administration Action refers to a decision made by a central or local agency concerning a specific matter pursuant to public law, or a unilateral, administrative action of legal effect resulted from the exercising of other forms of public authority. The imposition of fines, or the refusal by a land office, or household registration office to make an official registry are such examples.
  3. The period - within which one files an appeal - stipulated by this Act: An administrative appeal shall be filed within 30 days since one day after the date which administrative action is served or the expiration date of its publication period.
  4. The period of an administration appeal decision: The administrative appeal decision shall be made within 3 months the day after the receipt of the administrative appeal pleading. It may be extended if necessary, provided that the administrative appellant and intervener appellant were notified. The period can only be extended one time with a limit of two months.
