As for the mistaken thought on prevention, such as retaining rainwater to water flowers and vegetables, or more chemical spray from the government, the District Supervisor Zhu Dong explained each and every myths and mistakes.  With his own prevention experience, he also instructed the volunteers that source reduction is the most effective way which should be continuously done in a long term.  If there are still violations after warning, the district office, Health Center, and Environmental Protection Bureau will have to issue infringement notice.  Cooperation of all folks is the key of disease prevention.
