Manage autonomous administration, elections, district-level disaster prevention and relief, management of activity centers in boroughs, environmental health advocacy, mediation services, funeral services, religious rituals, ancestor worship guilds, military service administration, lands, 37.5% Arable Rent Reduction, civil defense, non-urban land control, indigenous and Hakka businesses, library management, national education, sports, culture and arts, community arts, celebrations, heritage sites and historical documents, tourism promotion, and other affairs relating to civil affairs and cultures.

Social Affairs Section

 

Manage social administration, social welfare, social assistance, national health insurance, national pension, labor administration, community development, community center management, new immigrant businesses, social group counseling, victim shelters and settlement, employment counseling, and other affairs relating to social governance.

Agriculture and Construction Section

 

Handle investigation and management of agriculture, forestry, animal husbandry and fisheries, agricultural promotion, civil engineering, traffic management, water and road engineering, construction, maintenance engineering, street lamps and road trees management, construction and maintenance of sports venues and activity centers, investigation and report of illegal buildings, park maintenance and management, parking lots administration, business management, and other affairs relating to agriculture and construction.

General Affairs Section

Manage instruments, seals, archives, general affairs, meetings, cashier, research evaluation, information technology, legal affairs, public relations, and other affairs not belonging to other divisions.

Personnel Office

Handle affairs of manpower management.

Accounting  Office

Handle affairs of annual budget, accounting and statistics.

Civil Service Ethics Office

Handle affairs of civil service ethics.
