The agency that accepts and handles an impeachment shall keep confidential the name, age, and address of the impeacher. Anyone who reveals the accusation documents, records or other information of the impeacher shall be punished in accordance with the criminal law or other related laws. If the corruption defendant is judged guilty, the government will grant to the indicter a reward, the maximum of which may run up to 10 million NT dollars.
