2. In-person Consultation:

(1) Visit the Consumer Service Center on the first floor of the Yonghua Civic Center (No. 6, Section 2, Yonghua Road, Anping District).

(2) Visit the 5th floor of the Century Building at the Minjhih Civic Center (No. 36, Minjhih Road, Sinying District).

 

 

Methods for Filing Complaints:

1.Online Complaint:

Please visit the website of the Consumer Protection Committee under the Executive Yuan (https://appeal.cpc.ey.gov.tw/WWW/Default.aspx), and use the "Online Application" function to file your complaint directly online.

2. In-person Complaint:

(1) Fill out a complaint form at the Consumer Service Center on the first floor of the Yonghua Civic Center.

(2) Fill out a complaint form on the 5th floor of the Century Building at the Minjhih Civic Center.

3.Download the Complaint Form:
