Features
Yingcian Village is located before Xiaying (Haician Ying) and was thus known as its other name of Yingzaician (Before the Encampment). It is located southeast of Xiaying Market. Yingzaician was dominated by the Chen Clan. During the district reorganization that took place after World War II, Yingzaician and the surrounding regions were reformed into a a village, giving rise to Yingcian Village.
