Invited fifty organizations and trade unions, sixty people in total.
Director general of bureau Wang Xin Ji in ministry of labor suggested that responding the tough environment in international trade, trading units vigorously promote free trade agreement and regional trade agreement. Although trade liberalization expanding export, making the economic structure and industries changed, some industries would gradually lose the advantages at the same time, and worsen the unemployment issue. The labor condition of labors is getting negative, and so is the relationship between labor and management. To moderate the tense between labor and capital because of trade liberalization and guarantee the rights of the labors, Tainan labor affair bureau conducted this activity. It could let the relative industries about trade liberalization have the concepts about labor contracts, and stable the employment rate.
