Ministry of Labor established care- telephone to help self-employed workers and the labors that have no particular employers. The care-telephone are based on the members that can’t make a call to the hotline of pandemic or the care hotlines to local governments.
Please tell the members who has the need to ask from local care centers or trade unions if you can’t contact by the hotlines up above, call the care-telephone or call the department of trade unions in Labor Affairs Bureau. (The hotlines below are only for the trade unions, not for civilians, thank you.)
